I understand things can change last minute and so you may not be able to make your appointment. I ask that if you cannot attend, you give me a minimum 24 hours’ notice. This gives me a bit of time to try and fill your appointment time slot. If 24 hours is not provided, or you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged the full consultation fee.
